Every order follows the same quality-controlled process — from the moment we place it on the order portal to the moment the fleet delivers to your door. No third-party couriers. No surprises.

2–3 week delivery times on composite shutters (PVC) from the Romanian EU factory. 7–9 weeks on the full range (PVC & Hardwood) from China. All delivered by the manufacturers own  fleet.

Your order is received and confirmed via the manufacturers trade portal. Production slot allocated.

Production Begins

Your shutters enter the production line. Assigned to a specific batch and tracked.

QC Check

Every order is inspected by a professional QC team before it leaves the factory floor.

EU orders ship direct. China orders are consolidated and shipped via our freight partners.

Delivered

The manufacturers  fleet delivers to your door for DIY orders or we receive delivery for installs. Real tracking, professional handover.
